I bought this vacuum to replace a different cordless handheld vacuum. This one is superior in all aspects, it's bigger and quite light for the size and has two different power settings which is convenient for different occasions that may require more power. The vacuum charges very fast and lasts well over 30 minutes per charge. Best of all, it has a REPLACEABLE rechargeable battery, so you don't have to throw out the entire unit once the battery starts losing it's capacity, you just need to replace the batteries. It has a 2 year warranty as well, and excellent customer service of whom I have corresponded with a few times. I am very happy with this product.

It even picks up shattered glass. I really like this hand-held vacuum. good suction and easy to use. I have 9 little doggos so the vac gets a workout. I haven't used any of the attachments, and may never use them. I wanted a good strong little vac that I could take up dust bunnies, dog hair, and enable me not to have to get out the 'big' vacuum. very pleased with this item.

Vacuum works but I wish the suction was higher.

I am returning this because it was terrible at picking up cat hair - and when I used it in my car, it couldn't manage much there either. Additionally, as I was having to go over so many parts of my low level carpet to get the cat hair (I have just one short haired cat) the attachment repeatedly came off. I was so disheartened as the reviews were so good. Not true for me.

OK.. so i think about this one very very carefully to meet my necesities. i have 2 dogs in my home, so a lot of hair everywhere..was tired of using a cord vacuum cleaner since i have to use it more than once a day every day! so i wanted to go cordless. Of course battery power vacuum cleaners do not have the same amount of suction power as a cord one does. BUT the ease of use and not dealing with the cord is a big plus for me. I have stairs with carpets, and several carpets at home so this does the job well for the amount of dog hair.One of the main reasons for me to choose this one, was the easy access port for dumping the contents. THIS IS A MUST! other wise disposing of the contents is very anoying having to dismatle the hole thing several times, so intead of that and creating a mess trying to clean the vacuum, the easy access port is amazing! easy, just 1 click and there you go away vacuuming.Secon reason for choosing this product: It has a metal filter before the paper filter!! not many vacuums comes with this metal filter and its great! your paper filter will last 100 times more. its very easy to clean and catches most of the debris before they come in contact with the paper filter. The paper gets clogged easily and fast with dust and dog hair, having to remove the paper filter and cleanit before vacumming again. The metal filter is a great added value!!!So far i have use it many times per day and never had run out of battery. I have 3 story house, 2 dogs and some guinea pigs that i also need to clean.So main purpose of this vacuum is to clean 2 guinea pigs pens i have in my small yard, they hay artificial grass and they poop A LOT everywhere so i use this to vacuum guinea pig poop and saw dust, grass, etc.. apart from the dog hair. It works great!!! has helped a lot, dosnt get clogged and is powerfull enough for that! thats why it was so important for me the easy access discharging port in the front. since i deal with a lot of poop.-So far so good. as said been using it more that once per day every day and no problems at all. its easy to clean! it comes with 2 paper filters, the base is a nice addition to it! 100% reomended

I like that this unit comes with a stand. I like its features. But it doesn't suction as well as my Vac-Life handheld. This machine will not suck up cat litter, which is the main reason I got it. I will use it occasionally, but I just use my Vac-Life most of the time. Wish I could write a review for it, as it is a really great handheld. This one would be great, IF it had better suction.

Unknown brand name for the win!! Well done VAKERR! I tried 2 other handhelds, both well-known brand names, and I had to return them immediately due to poor suction and/or very poor battery life. This little guy is the right weight, good suction, and the battery lasts for close to an hour of constant use. My only issues are the same as others have mentioned: 1) The 'release button' for emptying the cup and filter is in a position where it is easy to accidentally press it - then you have a mess at your feet. It IS clearly marked though - so it's not for lack of VAKERR trying to offer a solution to a minor design issue. So far, I've only done it once and learned my lesson. 2) The nozzle with the much-needed extension is a little long for me - but that would mean probably perfect for most people. I'm very short with short arms as well. Overall, I really like it.
