I like that I can just lift my fresh baked bread out of my Dutch oven and not having to waste any parchment paper. This works great. I don't know the cleaning is really required, just simply wipe it down. Super easy to use.

These work fantastic. I like the length of the handles and how they give you more area to grab onto. They make it easier to pull your loaves out and to keep the bottom of the bread from burning also. I bought the black set and liked them enough to buy a red set also.

Much better than parchment paper! Just long enough for a large 6.5qt deep dutchie (fits the $50 mueller from Amazon if wondering). Perfect circumference! I bake at 450 degrees enameled cast iron. The handles will fall down onto the bread if you let them so just take it slow and be careful they don’t bounce around and fall over. They go flat and I put the lid right on top of them with no issues. They help with the bottom with not burning so bad and becoming impossible to cut. Cool to the touch within minutes of removing from hot surface but take it out with mitts at first

I am new to sourdough making and I did not know if this product was necessary, however, this dutch oven liner is a game changer! I cannot imagine baking bread without using this. It makes scoring, placing the dough in the dutch oven and removal of the bread so easy! It is able to get hot. I bake my bread at 500 degrees F.

I got this because the bottoms of my bread loaves were getting too dark using just parchment. They still get dark with this, but not borderline burnt like before. It's nice it has the handles so it can act like a sling getting your loaf in and out of the Dutch oven easily. The only thing I don't like is one of the handles got a little cut on it from the lid pressing down on it, so it could probably stand to be a little more durable.

Wish I would’ve bought one of these sooner than just using parchment paper for my bread. What a game changer.

Parchment paper is good and all. But it rips easily after being in the oven…. These silicone pieces makes it so easy to lower my dough into the hot Dutch ovens and easy to take them out!

Wasn’t sure what to expect but this does the job I was hoping for. Works great in my Dutch oven , makes handling the bread dough a breeze. So glad I decided to purchase to save money on parchment
