Be prepared for loads of questions if you want to return something.
Brilliant product, great detail. Too small for our garden and would get lost. Trying to return the item was a nightmare, thought it was going to be a straight forward return and refund. Got bombarded with messages asking for a photo of item, whether it matched Amazone description/product details. Return label didn't have all the address on it, typed and printed a larger and clearer return label. All a bit unnecessary and will be reluctant to buy from this seller again.Got a refund.
