Great product
I work in a place where I am lifting constantly anywhere from 25 to 50 pounds, and before I got the support I would alwAys hurt my back somehow or another. I hit the support and have not had a problem since. I am soooo glad I bought this product and would recomend to anyone who needs a little extra back support.

Be wary of the listed sizes
I have a recently measured, 36" waist, and so although I was wary to buy a medium, as not a single article of my clothing is a medium, because the item lists that the medium size is for 33.5-38", I went with the medium. The belt was far too small, so unless you're on the bottom end of one of the ranges, I'd suggest going with the size up. Otherwise, the belt does what it's supposed to do, nothing magical, but definitely supportive.

For the money a very good belt
Although I realize this belt will eventually wear out (due to the velcro and stress being exerted on the velcro) I would say it is very good quality. I am a shuttle driver constantly lifting and moving 50-100 pound bags. I feel this has helped support my movements so that I can avoid and future problems.
