As a kid, or even as a naive adult, it is easy to dislike pepper. I only began to understand the beauty of pepper when I tried it fresh ground for the first time at my uncle's restaurant. I remember it like it was yesterday. "Fresh ground pepper?" the server asked me. "Sure," I replied without knowing what to expect. I let the pepper fall all over my perfectly seared NY Strip Steak. Since that day I have yearned for fresh ground pepper one a regular basis. Honestly, Spicy World nailed it with their 7oz bag of Black Peppercorns. They work great in my pepper grinder

I honestly wouldn't be able to tell the difference between "good" and "bad" peppercorns as far as flavor, so this purchase was really just based on price/value. The 7oz size will last a while in my household, so I really appreciate that this comes in a resealable bag. They grind easily in our pepper grinder and taste like any other pepper I've had. Great value for the size!

I ordered this pepper to go in the 2-in-1 salt and pepper grinder I just bought. I wasn't disappointed! The peppercorns are easily ground up by the grinder and the flavor is bursting without too much spice. I prefer a more mild level when it comes to heat and I thought this product met that need perfectly. When I ordered the package, I wasn't sure how much 7oz would actually look like when it was delivered. I was pleasantly surprised and will be able to fill up the pepper part of the grinder at least 3 more times from just this package. I was a little worried to order a food product from amazon as I hadn't done it before but I won't hesitate to try it again. The product is well packaged in a heavy duty zip-lock bag that will stay fresh in my pantry until I am ready to refill my grinder. Overall, I am happy with this product and I would buy it again in the future. I would recommend this product to others

These are great peppercorns! They have a wonderful flavor, not bitter or too intense. I use a LOT of fresh-cracked black pepper, and I'm glad I came across this one. I'll definitely be ordering more, and possibly different varieties, from this brand.I don't know what the "fair price" for pepper is, but I happily paid the little bit for this 7 oz package, and it has lasted me long enough that when it's time to re-order I wont' feel like I just bought some and it disappeared. (Plus Amazon grocery items can be very overpriced anyway, so prices don't go into my review process.)

I love this pepper and use it daily! The pack you get is huge too. Easily enough for a few large pepper grinders. I zip lock the extra to keep it fresh, and has stayed fresh for months now.

I recently bought my first salt and pepper grinders and was very happy to find quality pink Himalayan salt and whole peppercorns available on Amazon. These were packaged nicely, were easy to pour out of the bag into the grinder, and taste wonderful. My husband and I can't seem to stop adding freshly cracked pepper to our meals - from fried eggs to salad. I would highly recommend these if you are looking for a good quality peppercorn for your grinders!
