Himalayan Salt Tile or Slab - 8 x 8 x 2

Ok I wasn't sure what to think about these @ first, but I love love love these Salt Slabs!! I ended up giving one to everyone in my family!! Everyone likes them. I just leave my in my over most the time.. Flavors do not transfer to what you are cooking. I just scrape it off and continue. I wipe it down when I scrub up the rack I bought for it.."Sur La Table Salt Plate Holder" also found on Amazon. Really makes the best kale chips!!..yumm! Makes me hungry to think about it!Tips: When cooking meat on it be sure Not to add salt to what you are cooking on it.. the more moist an item is that you are cooking the more salt it will pick up. The less moisture the item has the less salt will transfer. Hope that made sence"-) Fun experimenting on this and so versatile! This is a great add to your cooking arsenal "-) Have fun!!

the picture shows a very pink block mine is not as pink and that was disapointing, it is however a lovely salt tile and will without doubt be great for cooking fish on the grill speedy shipping recived it boxed carefully and undamaged.
