Very frustrated with this product
I needed a good handheld vacuum for my stairs and I was happy to see this vacuum offered since it has a turbo brush and I have cats. I have been so disappointed. The second time I used it, the brush stopped rotating and, despite cleaning the brush head, it still failed to turn. I contacted the vendor and they sent me a new vacuum. I have had the same experience with this one and I am ready to just toss it. I also noticed the bags are quite small so it is not inexpensive to maintain.
