This is a heavy duty set of load bars/cargo bars/jacks/etc. There are many names for them, but I'll stick with cargo bars. These are built very sturdy. I like the wide 'feet' and the notch length adjustment. The notches get you almost to the right length and then the screw jack type of adjustment on the feet allow you to fine tune the length and pressure exerted (see pictures). The ease and range of adjustment is much greater than others that use holes and snap pins to adjust with. These are much faster and more accurate in adjustment. My main application is as cargo bars, but they will also be very helpful in installing new furnishing in the house where you need an 'extra' hand to hold them in place while you secure them. I already have some shelving in mind. The carry bag is a nice idea as it allows you to store and transport the bars easily. It makes it so much easier to keep up with them between jobs. If you need multiple cargo bars or supports for installing wall and ceiling supported fixtures, then this will work for you.

I am very happy with this set of & "Task" style bars. They came with a nice little duffel bag that holds them perfectly. They are very similar in style/quality to the "Task" brand of extendable bars, but in a smaller size ideal for holding up cabinets and other tasks that require shorter extendable bars.My only complaint is that the paint is bubbled/peeling right by the bottom of each bar. Not a big deal at all and certainly not a real issue, just something I noticed.
