Worth the money!
Nice quality desk chair that provides great back support, especially for the lower back. This chair is definitely ergonomic because both the seat and the back are curved to match the natural curving of the spine. I bought this desk chair to replace a 4 year old Ikea desk chair that had barely any back support, and I can definitely tell the difference. I would definitely recommend this chair to people who sit at their desk for over 3 hours a day and need the back support. Great for gaming and for college. The arm rests are made of medium-hard plastic and can be pushed up to allow for more arm movement, such as playing instruments like another comment mentioned.Assembly was a piece of cake because the parts are packaged together and lettered in order of use in the directions. The directions are detailed enough for handy people to follow, but might be difficult for someone with no experience. I am very handy and was able to assemble the desk chair by myself in about 15-20 minutes. It's just a desk chair, so it is not insanely complicated. I have posted pictures of the directions so you can see what it is like.

Solid chair
I've owned this chair since 2017 and it's held up really well. The leather is still in great shape, no chunks missing from the arm rests, and no rips in the mesh. The bottom is cushy and well contoured to give your coccyx some breathing room. I also own a Secretlabs Titan Evo 2022 but didn't like it cause the cushion was just too flat and firm. Overall i've been pretty happy with this chair especially for the price.

Very good, solid and comfortable chair. Great features. 4/5 overall. Works great in home office.
Shipped fast. Very good and solid chair. Easy to assemble (12 minutes). Good back support, good wheels, and adjustments. My only suggestions would be that it does not go that high... I prefer a slightly higher chair. Moreover, second, there is no real adjustment to the back structure/location of support as you get with a Herman Miller or similar. It is not a Herman Miller as it is 1/4 the price... so for the price--I would rate this chair highly. 4/5.Armrests can be lifted up, which is a big bonus. There is also an adjustment to lock the tilt of seat at any stage and this is a nice feature too.

Incredible customer service
I've had this chair since 2020. It got me through WFH during the pandemic and is comparable comfort and ergonomically to any Aeron chair I've had an an office at a fraction of the price. In late 2023, one of the bolts on the seat broke, make it squeaky and a little unstable. I emailed Office Factors and they responded within minutes and sent me a replacement seat with bolts. For buying this through Amazon, loving the product AND getting great service - I was floored. Would recommend this product and business w/o hesitation

Great looking and comfortable chair, highly recommend it.
I decided to buy this excellent chair because in my husband's office they have a few of these about 10 and one day I went to his office and sat on one of them and I found the chair very comfortable, I also liked it’s look, since I like modern things and this chair has a modern look, it’s back seems like a skeleton and the best thing is that the arms can be pulled back, that seemed perfect to be able to use it sometimes with the arms up, but before buying it I had to call my husband since I started to see that the chair had very good reviews and others in which some complained that it was not a comfortable chair, although most are good reviews I had to ask him anyways to be sure if I should buy it since my husband's answer would tell more than reviews, shortly after my husband returned the call and told me that in his office they had more than a year with chairs and none ever failed and that no one who use that chair have complained that their back hurts because these chair effectively has pronounced lumbar support, as a good lumbar support must be! so your spine is in a good position when you are working, so I decided to buy it.I got it and put it together with just a little help from my 13 year old daughter, it took us about 25 minutes and I'm very happy with my chair, so if you want a chair that will keep your body in a good position, modern, pretty, with arms that lift and at a fair price I recommend it, I also liked that the chair has two levers, one to raise and lower the chair and the other to lock the mechanism in different position if you’re reclining even though I really do not think I'm going to use that lever much since I'm going to use it for work and not as a recliner to sleep or take a nap.

So far so great, but here is a consideration:
My back pain went away within two days of switching my broken-down old chair out for this one. I spent days surfing products and reviews on Amazon before making this purchase - this chair had everything I need and is very comfortable (to the person who said the seat was too firm, I find it to be a godsend, honestly, as my last chair had a cheap foam seat and had flattened down to the base). The lumbar support is lovely, though if you are a heavier person I question whether it may stretch out for you eventually as the lumbar support is based on fabric tension only. The fabric seems pretty indestructible though, and for those under 200 pounds, you probably have little to worry about. It's a great chair, especially for the price.Assembling it (specifically, getting the arms situated onto the back of the chair and screwing them in) was a little unwieldy by myself but took under an hour. Everything is well-organized in the package and the instructions were clear enough. My only complaint, and maybe it's because I was slouching before, is that I can't figure out if there is a way to slightly adjust the overall angle of this chair a slight bit without releasing the rocking pedal, as I feel a little bit like I'm being pushed forward. The only thing I could completely live without are the shiny "chrome" panels on the sides and base - would have preferred all black and maybe that was an option but I missed it. Totally happy with the comfort and quality though, and hoping it will last me through the next few years of being deskbound. I've read in a few other reviews that the customer service is amazing. Gratefully, haven't had a need, but that's a good thing to know when buying self-assembled furniture online.
