I'm glad I waited to review this bento. I ordered in July and started using in August. Job required more travel and thought this would be perfect. I warmed it up with very hot water before adding my food. For about the 1st month it worked very well. Didn't hold liquids like soup very well, so I made sure to keep it upright, otherwise I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. By month 2, it started losing its ability to keep my food warm as long. Then month 3 it was basically pointless. My food was cold after about 2 hrs or less. (In the beginning it would keep for 8!) Also, the handle on the lid broke. I had high hope for it, but it let me down. Now it just takes up cupboard space, I should probably just go throw it away.

Product leaked, did not keep food warm. All in all it did not do its basic function. I used twice both times were failures. It’s also large and bulky.
