🥊 Punch Your Limits!
Punch Trackers are advanced training devices designed to measure punch count, speed, and intensity, providing fighters with critical data to enhance their performance. With a sweat-proof design and high accuracy, these trackers are essential for anyone serious about combat training.

Great product for keeping track of performance.
I have only just started using the trackers but I love them so far. They are much smaller than I originally thought too, which is brilliant because you don’t even know they’re there.

Not accurate.
I bought these to use in a reliability and validity study (will be published soon), they are not reliable and overestimate how fast your punch is. Also, the punch count system isn't that accurate, the link to the app is good and the app it's self is good. They are easy to use and fit easy under wraps, I have also used them in mma fights on shows to feed live data to my coaches, helped loads! So although they are not accurate, they can be used to improve performance.

They don’t work at either counting punches or showing accurate punch speed.
I was really hoping that these punch trackers were going to work and be accurate. Unfortunately they aren’t accurate at all at either counting punches or showing accurate speed of punches. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Great motivation
Excellent piece of kit. Expensive but adds a whole new dimension to your workouts and encourages you to go as hard as you can each session.Good metrics and the intensity score reflects how hard and how often you punch quite well. It would be good to see some metrics around combinations in the future. The good thing is that the app is free, so any such improvements should hopefully come with an app update.Update: I've been using these for about 6 months now and still working fine. I have a few more insights with the additional use that I thought I'd add. First, it may be helpful to say that my boxing training these days is just hitting the bags in my garage to keep fit, but I used to compete as an amateur when I was younger. The most useful element that I find from these trackers is allowing real time tracking of my stats, which from what I've read, other trackers on the market don't allow (e.g. Everlast/PIQ). I focus on intensity score and punch speed. Because it is real time, I can tell if I'm dropping below my usual level and put some more effort in. Using the trackers in this way, I feel like it pushes me to give maximum effort each session and focus on improving scores. I also like to look at the breakdown per round after a session to see where I was particularly effective on each metric, and I use the activity tracker that shows history of activity by week, month or year to see how much I've been training and whether I'm hitting targets.I don't really use the punch type breakdown; it only splits by straight punches and power punches and I'm not convinced it gets those right (e.g. I've seen cases where my average intensity per punch for power punches is lower than for straight punches). This area is a weakness if you really want to analyse the type of punches you're throwing (straight, hook, uppercut). From what I've read, other trackers do this better and track more metrics beyond this.Overall, if you're using these for casual training they work great, as it's probably more important to concentrate on throwing a high volume of fast punches than trying to track the type of punches you throw, and the real time monitoring is most important. If you're a competing fighter, you may want more detailed stats.
