This thing is fun
I have not had this for long but so far I am loving it. The quality is quite nice and the wheel itself looks very good. Lots of buttons. Playing forza with this after years of a controller made it feel like a brand new game.

I absolutely love it
Well worth the money. It’s a beast of a wheel and very powerful ffb.

Built to last - for a while...
No problems installing to a nextlevelracing GTTrack Sim cockpit. Performed great (as expected) for about 3 months, then wheel started to wobble slightly. Upon closer look: one of the tiny mounting screws around the Ferrari logo had fallen out, and several were loose: some threadlocker or better factory torquing is needed: after hand-tightening them, they have stayed in place for 8 months. Those screws are TINY, and if they fall into a plush carpet, you better have a good magnet - and patience -finding them.Next up: the left (down) shift paddle developed a problem. You had to squeeze much harder to initiate a shift.Customer service: needed a video of the problem. Uploaded. Problem verified. Informed me that the wheel had to be shipped to France (!) from California, repaired, and shipped back. Minimum 2 weeks (for optimists).I decided to wait a few more weeks with the repair until I was going out of town (there was no option to get a loaner wheel, or to buy a cheap spare), and by that time the right shifter paddle started to show the same symptoms (indication of a life expectancy issue), AND another one of the screws had come loose: attaching the shifter paddle to the wheel.Same (insufficient torque) issue.2 days before my trip I asked for the shipping label and pointed out the issue with the second (up) shifter paddle (increased pressure needed, identical to the other).Customer service: need to do another video, shipping label takes 3-4 days (say WHAT?!!), print 3 copies of a pro-forma invoice.By the time I received the label (first day of my trip out of the country) I had already said goodbye to the Thrustmaster brand, and will go with Fanatec, as soon as the wheel completely gives up.

Makes for an immersive experience
This is the first force feedback wheel I've ever owned. I've wanted one since I was a kid. The force feedback on this wheel is much more powerful than I expected it to be. I'm a pretty big guy and I couldn't keep the wheel still when surprised with a strong jolt. It isn't stronger than me, but it's strong enough for me to feel what's happening with my wheels. I'm looking into getting a cockpit frame now because this thing is going to tear my Ikea desk apart. I can't use it at night because all the junk rattling in my desk drawers would wake everyone up. If I had the wheel on a better surface I doubt it would ever be louder than a cell phone vibrating on a table.I got the Challenge edition with the round closed wheel. The wheel rim itself feels and looks like a toy wheel. The LED shift indicator is very useful and cool. The paddle shifters are satisfying to click and seem like they're built to last. The buttons, joysticks, and dails are cool looking, but they feel cheap, are kind of hard to use while driving. I'm worried about how long they will last. I would be shocked if the wheel makes it through 100k miles of sim racecar driving without something breaking on this rim. Also the metal edges are kind of sharp. I think I could cut myself on this if the wheel were to whip around into my hand. The motor and power supply feel very premium and the table mounting system is great. They for sure have better engineering and manufacturing than the wheel rim does. I expect these parts to last LONG time.Overall this is an awesome controller! However I feel like it's a little overpriced. I would have been perfectly happy with it if I paid around $500 instead of $700.

Help please
Received Europe’s version that is 240v...useless in America, which BTW is where I live, and where you shipped it from. Zero response so far from message to seller and attempts to contact support site and number for Thrustmaster. Totally lame. Wheel looks and feels very nice, wish it would work here in America!
