Dear Amazon Customer, Thank you for contacting Designer Living. The care instructions are listed in the description.... EASY CARE - Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, and separately. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low, remove promptly, do not iron. If there is no free movement in the washer or dryer, use large capacity commercial washer/dryer We would have to advise against using bleach, but that is at your discretion. Hello, Dryer sheets would not affect the coolmax fibers, but it is recommended to tumble dry with short cycle separately to quickly dry the sheets. It should be quick and efficient as they are sheets. Thank you, Designer Living Customer Service
