this was overall surprisingly easy to assemble, came with clear instructions that made putting the thing together take no time at all. this chair is good on my back and the leather is nice and high quality. the chair feels really sturdy. would buy again!

The media could not be loaded. First gaming chair! Chair went together good a heads up most the bolts are already on the pieces you need when going through the steps. Overall it’s comfy/sturdy I’ve used the massager it’s works not sure how many times I’ll actually use it but a nice add on. Price and style you can’t go wrong getting this chair compared to others in this price range

I was so excited to receive this chair. We received it today, but when we tried to put it together, the instructions were HORRIBLE; the pictures were so dark and very hard to follow. The screws were not labeled. And when we tried to screw the back of the chair to the sear, the holes were not even threaded for a screw to go in!For as much as I paid for this chair, I expected better.. I'm returning it ASAP.

Chair looks good, feels goods to sit in and relax or work or game. RIP in the arm rest, customer service helped replace part. 🙏 great product/company.
