The front needs extending maybe an inch or so, and the wings are smaller/shorter than the wings on the ubiquitous “day pads” found all over Amazon, though they’ll look funny with that alteration to the design, so I understand why they didn’t do that. BUT, despite the small/short wings causing some “misses” these are the closest I’ve found to PERFECT cloth pads! Shoot, I can’t even find disposables with this truly functional shape! I have the hourglass pads, rather than the ones with the ring front end, and I genuinely believe that this design took far too long to come to market, and I’m really surprised that an Amazon brand would be the one make it first! They wash up wonderfully in warm water with dish soap and peroxide to sanitize, destinkify, and remove stains. I’m a cloth diapering mom, and these contain the same microfiber fabric used for the fancy cloth diaper liners, so ladies, be aware that you may need to strip away residue from these occasionally with some RLR if you’re using ANY kind of regular laundry detergent with optical brighteners, or any form of fabric softener or scent beads in your washer or dryer EVER FOR ANY LAUNDRY. The dish soap, when used in the right amount (were talking mere milliliters here) won’t leave any residue and can actually help prevent some of the residue from building up, or “clogging up” the fabric. Not a wise choice if you have a warranty on your washer as dish soap can void it, in which case I’d recommend looking for a cloth diaper safe laundry detergent for them.

These have definitely been a game changer for me. I’m allergic to a lot of the materials used in most throw away pads. I’ve always had to get a more expensive brand that didn’t irritate my skin. I no longer use the throw away ones because I love these so much. I am a plus size woman with a heavy flow and these are great! Plus these save me money in the long run which is a win in my book.

These have truly changed my life! I’m a pcos girly and have horrible cycles! I no longer have the smell or the chafing they’re so comfortable and soft and absorbent! Not one leak

I really liked these pads had vertical 2-buttons instead of horizontal 2-buttons on the wings. This means they slip around less. Not only that, but if you toss and turn in your sleep, there's less chance of leaks: the way this pad is oversize in front AND back means that I didn't have any leakage. Granted, I only used it once so far, but overall I'm pleased.
