Long lasting
I am pretty certain my daughter (age 4) is autistic we are in the process of getting her tested. She has an aggression issue that includes biting herself and others. These chewies help so much. She calls them her chew chews. She has chewed through 3 chewies in the past some only lasting a week. We tried the lego ones which she loved but chewed through and the donut one which is far too big for her mouth. When she chews she wants to chew with her molars so she needs something long but kind of firm so she wont chew through them so quickly. These certainly did the trick. She doesn't bite as long as she has her chew chew.

Durable and effective!
Got these as a second attempt for a chew necklace for our four year old. We ordered from another company first and he chewed through three necklaces in three days! These necklaces have been going strong for over three months now! Love the colors and they are sturdy. He wears them every day to school and they have really helped with his self-regulation. Thank you for this awesome product!

When your in knots, they will help you unwind.
The product is very durable. The necklace clasp is easy to take apart. He bites down on one plastic connector and small black pieces come apart. WE just cut them off and a few good knots in the neclace it works just fine. He uses that rope to swing it around, that's how we loose them. We never had one break we just can't seem to hang on to them.

Works great for biters and chewers stress relief or stemming
I bought these for a friend of mine's child who is on the Autism Spectrum and he really loves these. He is 3 and really enjoys playing with and chewing his Maori Twist necklaces. He is non verbal so far and we are hoping that these, along with other therapy will help to build oral muscles. I will update any with improvements seen or hopefully heard after using these. Either way he enjoys to chew so they definitely work for him on that level and gives him something safe to chew when he needs it. I will be buying more....

Durable and worth it.
I bought it for my 2 year old, to prevent finger sucking. It is very durable and strong. I like that it doesn’t have any design or extra colors like other ones, that wear off. These are simple and don’t wear easily. The length of the chain was longer for my kid, so I made small knots throughout the chain and made it shorter. I turned the pendent, so the smaller part is the one she chews, as it fits her mouth better.

I think it helped, a little
My autistic child was putting pencil erasers, and things from the floor in her mouth when she moved to a new school. Of course this didn't help with her autism, but her teacher could indiscreetly redirect her to the necklace. She never put this in her mouth to chew, because she was not a chewer. But I think it was something else to put in her hand for a short time. We were grateful to find something that would help.

Love this product!!
I purchased this product for my six year old who loves putting things in his mouth. This has been a great product for him because it's safe unlike some of the toys and non food things he was putting in his mouth. These necklaces are very durable but also very light weight and we love the colors and design, also super easy to wash.

Not good at all, doesn’t last.
My son only was able to use this for two days before he chew through it so if your child is a constant you were then this will not work for you. I am highly disappointed.
