I went back and forth between this and a few other brands similar. I chose this because it's 100% cotton, the others are a blend with polyester and you get heated quicker. I wished they offered XS but bought the small, I'm 5'2". Since it was larger than I'd like, I put it through the washer and dried on low and removed it immediately hoping it'd shrink a bit. If it did, It was only slightly. It falls very nicely on me, draping, like a large comforting soft sweater. The main part will hug me if I pin the front closed and that section I'd prefer larger (below waist and down in the back). I have to roll up the sleeves as they are very long, but I'm used to that and don't mind, the sleeves do taper towards the wrist. I am small and clothes were often bigger esp sleeves my whole life. I only wore it 1X and can't wait to wear it again. I just might buy one in another color. Bought it in black, looks to be good quality so far and will update if that changes. You can SLIGHTLY see through it IF you put it up to a light. I like funky clothes, to look different, and have my own style, I'm sure some will say why is that (older) lady wearing that and I don't care. Without a doubt, a great purchase, you will be happy with it...

Soft, stylish, and really comfortable! It's a great thickness to wear on chilly days. I love how slouchy the hood is!

Bought for the intention for everyday use as outer wear or lounging around the house and it will work for both but where I live it's too cold to wear outside right now but as soon as the weather hits 40-50 degrees again I'll wear it every time I leave the house, just can't wait to get my visor beanie (like bam margera and his crew always wore) to go with it for my perfect look. A formal hat like a top hat would look great with it also. All in all I love this thing. I'm a 5'7 150 lb man and ordered a large and it fits like the photo it's modeled in. I really love the oversized hood for an easy way to hide when the social anxiety kicks in, love the pointy tail ends on the back and built in scarf and the sleeve length is perfect goes over my hands up to my knuckles how I like but tight enough to not cover my entire hand and fingers. I got it in black because i only wear black and I'm completely happy with it would absolutely buy again and will probably need to eventually because this is now part of my whole look and I'll be wearing it everyday.

Love it, great for chilly nights

My son saw this and wanted it. End of story. Thankfully, it is good quality material, soft enough to wear as a robe, and has survived multiple washings with similar materials. My son is thrilled with it and can frequently be found huddled in it like a video game character trying to disguise himself. The only thing he doesn't seem to care for are the extra lengths of material on each side, to be used as a scarf. He usually just walks around with them trailing behind him. If interested, give it a whirl. He seems to enjoy it.
