Convenient access to poorly located plumbing!
Product does its job. Fairly easy to install, had to add some wood supports behind the drywall. Looks great. I wish the flange depth was a little deeper as the screw holes barely cleared the drywall thickness.

Best use is for occasional use not an “every day” door.
Door is thinner than expecting but came nicely painted/finished. I was able to glue in place in a food truck application and added four pop rivets to the front to secure.

Looks nice, tricky installation on hinge side
Very difficult to get to the screw holes on the hinge side for installation, other than that it’s good.

Do not buy
I've purchased and shipped back 3 of these attic doors. Each time they arrived, they were damaged. Very disappointed.

Proper installation
Perfect size door for allowing my charger cable to go through for charging my car out on the driveway, now I don’t have to reset my garage door to close properly ( no cable interference).

Very cheap and if it wasn't my last resort I would have returned it. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. The description was pour and didn't have a latch on it to keep it closed.
