I experienced no skin irritation and like the way the products make my skin feel hydrated and fresh. It is said should see results after 21 days of daily use and will update review if anything of note to report as expect to see great results as similar to facial massage. The items comes boxed suitable for gift giving and great to gift to yourself or others recommend for the uniqueness and effectiveness.

This company has absolutely no customer service. I bought numerous products from them directly, and they absolutely do not honor the offers that they "reward" to their loyal customers. I do not recommend them. Clearly, after buying so many products from them for myself and as gifts from others, I enjoyed the products, but the lack of any professional "customer service" was extremely distasteful and honestly, I found the delays by "Luna" (supposedly their one customer service rep) a shady tactic not to honor the "rewards" that they offered me. I do not recommend engaging with this company. There are many high end skin care and facial device options (I have many) that are far more professional in how they handle their loyal client base, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ENGAGING WITH THIS ONE.

I've no real clue what gua sha massage is about, but my wife took a night course in it for fun and wanted to see if this set was better than the bog standard stuff she'd been using while learning. Apparently it is. The stone feels much better than the plastic version she previously used, and she really loves the empress oil. Neither the oil nor the tonic have a strong or objectionable scent, though beyond that I've no idea if they do anything of value.Five stars on the order of my wife. She loves the set, and she says she'll be interested in replacing the oil and tonic when they run out.
