Very helpful for appetite control
I used this during a 10-day blood sugar detox and found it really helpful. It can be tricky to mix the granules with water without it going lumpy, as they congeal the second they touch water. The best way is to have the cold water tap running gently, put the granules into a dry glass and stir them as you move the glass to the running water, so they don’t get chance to form lumps.
