I have to admit, I was highly skeptical at first but took a leap of faith. It really works! It's so easy to use that my 7 year old can operate it on his own while with me! It's so easy to change between regular mouth & wide mouth lids. No complaints thus far.

This works as described. Seals nicely. I have yet to recharge it after several months. I would definitely recommend for storing dry goods.

However, my experience with the seller has significantly impacted my rating, leading me to lower it to 1 star.While the vacuum sealer generally performs well and offers convenience with its high suction power, rechargeable battery, and portability, my customer service experience was extremely disappointing. After leaving my original review, the seller contacted me and promised a full refund. However, they later demanded additional information about the product issues before processing the refund, despite having already provided all necessary details. When I complied with their request, they went back on their word and refused to issue the refund.This unprofessional behavior and failure to honor their promise reflect poorly on their customer service. The lack of follow-through and honesty has overshadowed the product’s positive attributes. I've heard so much about this item that I had to get one and try it myself. I am so impressed with the ease of use and the strong seal it makes. It takes up zero room in my pantry and does the job beautifully.
