This Ayna Decors Brass Pop Up Drain Stopper is going in a new bathroom wall mount sink I am installing. It is extremely simple to install and includes no instructions, though the addition of a simple assembly sheet might be good for the uninitiated. It is very well made and looks very nice both as a parts assembly to be admired as to build quality and also when installed.Installation was as simple as dropping it in and threading the gasket and tightening ring on the bottom, paying attention to the orientation of the overflow vents. Be careful the assembly does not rotate when tightening it as this might block the overflow vents to some extent, though it should still function to a degree installed in any position. Also, don't overtighten it. I always add a small amount of silicone grease to virtually any gasket I am installing to prevent it sticking. This is especially an issue with O-Rings.The pop up and down mechanism is crisp and totally seals the bowl of the sink. It is beautiful installed and perfectly matches the sink and its chrome trim. Though you can buy pop up drains for much less the price here is excellent if you compare quality. So, overall, it earns a solid five stars for the nexus of appearance, quality and value.

The built in strainer helps keep hair and debris out of your pipes and the overflow works like a charm.NOTE: be sure to verify if you have an overflow or not and get the right drain.Easy to install and connect . . . if you know how. If you’ve not done it before, please review online tutorials. Plumbing incorrectly installed can end up to be an expensive mess.Ultimately, is it worth the price? YES

This is a great product which I used to replace my existing vanity drain. It is made up of solid metal and comes with all the required parts. Since my sink's bottom hole was a bit large, I had to use plumbers' putty. But overall, it is a great product. Highly recommend this product.

I hated the drain that came with my American Standard faucet. It was slow to drain and difficult to clean. The linkiage was always an issue, and I had to continuously adjust it. This drain has none of those problems. There's no adjusting arms to connect and adjust. The push-to-open, push-to-close drain is easy to operate and even easier to clean. The "umbrella" simply pulls up and out to give unobstructed access to the drain as well as the stopper. The drain has more drainage area than traditional drains so dirty water empties from the lavatory much quicker. These drains are worth the trouble and expense to change existing traditional drains.
