Stronger than I expected
I bought 2 of these foot stool for our camper. We needed something with dual purpose and good quality and this item filled that need. Storage for the things we had been keeping on the table or in a basket on the table. Love how the top is large enough to hold one large or two small throw blankets. Strong enough to sit on and light enough to move when needed.

The top compartment is OK. The top just lifts off. The lower drawer does not slide in easily. It gets stuck every time I open the drawer. Also, the bottom piece does not stay in place. It always sticks out and then it also does not slide easily. Very poor craftsmanship. I wish it was easy to return this purchase:

Flimsy storage
These fit perfectly for where we wanted them. I was disappointed in the flimsy bottoms to the storage compartments. When you take the lid off, it's just a flimsy piece of cardboard between the top storage and the drawer. Then a flimsy piece of cardboard for the bottom of the drawer. The very bottom of the unit is just fabric that wraps around the drawer. All they had to do was supply two pieces of press board or particle board so these places can be supported. I wanted to place a throw in the top and some game controllers in the drawers, but they both sag with me just touching it with my hand. So I don't see them being able to hold anything. I will try to find a way to support this before I can even use it. The sides are sturdy enough to hold a person. But certainly not two people standing on it like their picture showed. Although, the picture just showed the feet. It could have been two kids.Took only 1-2 minutes to put together because it is just folded up inside of itself. Hence the flimsy bottoms. It is just the right height I was wanting and would work well for what I intended if it was a bit more sturdy. I did like that you could have used it for storage and an extra seat. Wheels would have been great too so moving it would be easier. We can't even add wheels because there is nothing to screw them into. I don't see these lasting very long with teenagers.

Very flexible, well designed
The pull lever on my recliner broke, so I can not raise the foot rest. I would have paid $100.00 or more to have the recliner repaired.This foot rest is perfect and saved me a lot of money. I particularly like the storage space because I keep a lot of mail and this Ottoman gives me a place to put my mail out of sight. Very useful.
