A very useful buy, and looks great
These are great, well made, fold away nicely and are very handy

Bit wobbly
Love the fold up step but I don’t feel safe without something to hold onto

Lightweight but sturdy
We wanted steps so we could reach the higher cupboards in our kitchen, that would be in keeping with the look and feel of the rest of our furniture and floor and these fit the bill. They are taller than many sets of steps and are stable and sturdy.

Unobtrusive when you need a ladder in an obvious place
I have this in the hall under my clock so it can be wound up easily. I also use it to sit on to put on and take off my boots. Doesnt cost the earth and doesn't look industrial which most ladders do. There is no bar on it so using it as a ladder there is nothing to hold on to. However, it is slim, packs away, looks reasonably decorative and I am very pleased with it. Only criticism is if you have a cushion floor or vinyl tiles the ladder will mark if you are over a certain weight as there is no protection at the bottom of the feet

It's ok could do with sanding
It's ok, but the varnish feels sticky and the the surface is rough.

Useful and not ugly
Needed for the ladies of the house to reach the top of the wardrobes. Looks like a piece of furniture not a set of steps.
