Real Relax2023 Full Body Dual Core, Zero Gravity Massage Chair, Black

I love this chair. Excellent price, the assembly was super easy, the look was great, and the functionality was superb. Soooo glad I purchased this massage chair. It’s so relaxing, I feel asleep while receiving my 3rd massage ( it’s addictive) Highly, Highly l, Highly recommend this chair.

Very easy to assemble, comes in two boxes. The chair has everything, great value for the money. Has a back heater and a ton of options. Only negative is I wish the options on the screen were lit because they can’t be read in the dark.

The massage chair provides good and relaxing massage, it works as advertised and the price is very reasonable. My only complaint is the next pad does not provide the support and I have to place a towel to give me extra to position my neck properly. My wife loves it and she uses it almost daily. She’s petite so she does not get her calves massage full only partially.

Heater doesnt work. Tried calling and emailing. No answer ofcourse. Just be careful.

Easy to assemble. Love the function and value for what we paid for. Excellent customer service in sending me extra springs for relieving jamming of the air pipes.

I had problems with this massage chair from Day One. The quality control of this company needs some work. Assembly was easy enough but when I tried it, none of air bags worked. It turned out the one of the hoses wasn't connected so I had to open the panel in the back to reconnect it. Some of the airbags started working but the arms and shoulders airbags still didn't work. I was sent some springs to put in the hoses and that made the shoulder airbags work but not the arms. I spent the next few days communicating with their service department trying different fixes, but none worked. I decided to return the chair. Luckily, their warehouse is within driving distance from my home, so I avoided paying the hefty shipping charge from Fedex. It was over $700 to ship this back.As far as the quality of the massage is concerned, it was too weak for my liking. The hip airbags are too far apart that it doesn't do any good. The shoulder airbags are pretty strong, but the leg airbags are a little weak. I like the foot rollers. There are two separate rollers for the neck and the back so there is a spot in the upper back that doesn't get massaged. The auto modes are very similar, and it is hard to see any difference. The stretch mode doesn't do any stretching. The remote is nice but it talks at random times. This could have been a good massage chair for the price, but it has a lot of shortcomings.

I don't know what to say other than that it does its job well and feels great. Assembly wasn't that hard but I'd say its easiest with two people (one person just has to hold a part of the chair that's light). The controls are pretty straight forward and this was worth my money.

The chair is working perfectly. Was concerned about the size. I’m 6’3”, 275 pounds with a lot of back problems. With the leg extension, no problem getting a full massage. Significant pain relief after 15 minute massage. Zero Gravity is Amazing. Was a Fathers Day gift but family and friend enjoy the chair also.Definitely would recommend.
