G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series (AMD Expo) DDR5 RAM 64GB
### IntroductionI recently upgraded my system with the G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series (AMD Expo) DDR5 RAM, specifically the 64GB kit (2x32GB) running at 6000MT/s with CL30-36-36-96 timings. As someone who constantly pushes my computer to its limits with gaming, content creation, and software development, I needed reliable and high-performance memory. Here's my in-depth review based on several weeks of usage.### PerformanceThe G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 C30 memory kit delivers outstanding performance. It is optimized for AMD's latest platforms and features the AMD EXPO profile, ensuring seamless overclocking. The RAM performs exceptionally well in both synthetic benchmarks and real-world applications. In AIDA64's memory benchmark, the kit reached impressive bandwidths, comparable to higher-rated DDR5-6200 kits. The latency was consistently low, making multitasking and gaming experiences smooth and responsive.### Compatibility and InstallationInstallation was straightforward on my ASUS Crosshair X670E Gene motherboard. The memory modules were recognized immediately, and enabling the EXPO profile in the BIOS was simple. The heatsinks are designed with a height of 42mm, which did not interfere with my CPU cooler, ensuring a hassle-free installation process. The RGB lighting is compatible with various motherboard software, allowing for extensive customization to match my setup's aesthetics.### RGB IlluminationThe RGB lighting on the Trident Z5 Neo is vibrant and evenly distributed. It runs in a default rainbow mode out of the box but can be customized using the motherboard's software. The illumination synchronizes perfectly with other RGB components, providing a cohesive look to my gaming rig. The LEDs are bright and add a stylish touch without being overly flashy.### Stability and OverclockingStability has been rock-solid. I ran a 16-hour AIDA64 System Stability Test without any issues. The memory maintained its rated speeds and timings under heavy load, including during prolonged gaming sessions and 3D rendering tasks. Overclocking potential is also impressive, with the ability to push the frequencies higher with minor adjustments, providing even better performance.### ConclusionOverall, the G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series (AMD Expo) DDR5 RAM 64GB kit is an excellent choice for high-performance computing. Whether you're a gamer, content creator, or enthusiast looking to squeeze out every bit of performance from your system, this memory kit delivers on all fronts. The combination of high speeds, low latency, excellent stability, and stunning RGB illumination makes it a worthy investment. If you're building or upgrading an AMD-based system, the Trident Z5 Neo should be at the top of your list. Highly recommended!

Great memory, shameful cosmetic tax.
Pros: Stellar speed, highly recommended!Cons: Cosmetic white tax... Should be a uniform price, despite color variations. Shame shame.

Great memory, annoying RGB
Works great. I am even able to run them at at a slight overclock as a result of a few Mhz of BCLK overclocking. In retrospect I kind of wish I had gone with non-RGB modules though. These revert to flashing-rainbow mode any time there is an issue or conflict with the RGB software, and it's pretty annoying.

Bios may be gimmicky
Make sure your bios is up to date and your mobo is compatible with it i have the asus prime x670e pro gaming and i set it to expo 1 with auto detection ran most games okay but cod would crash a lot and a couple other games as well so i changed it to expo 2 in bios and after 20 min of waiting it had power but wouldn't boot clear cmos great feature on this board then reset expo 2 and set the speeds manually for the ram now this thing performs insanely well. New to ddr5 ram but was recommended by a friend to try this set with amd cpu i would recommend the same to you!
