Bought this as a birthday gift for my granddaughter who plays soccer. She is able to use this for off season training in their basement. It’s durable and folds up back into the bag it came in. Actually it’s good for any sport!

If your kids play tennis, at the end of the practice, your coach might have suggested to use the ladder. The kids need to use the ladder for agility more. And this is not an expensive training equipment.A good value for money. Any coach who starts with a regular yellow ball for under 10 kids, like my first coach did is a fake. Kids need to feel the rhythm and power of their shots before going into the next level. Just like described

I use this in my garage gym and it has been a game changer! I also use it for many ladder drills and conditioning drills for my clients and it has held up just fine. It has 2 places at the end of the ladder when you fold it up that you can snap together for easy storage. This is a plus because it prevents it from being tangled.

Product is a bit flimsy but is good enough to get a workout done. Lost the one I used to have which was better.

I had total knee replacement and this is one of the tools we use at rehab to work on my balance. I went ahead and bought one for home and I keep it in the kitchen and stand on it a couple of minutes for several times a day. It's great. I just had my second knee replacement and as soon as they get me back to working on balance I will definitely be back on this. Plus for some reason my dog absolutely loves it. She thinks it's her own personal seesaw!

Great little extra for exercise. It fits in our living room perfectly my husband myself and my kids all use it. No complaints. Easy to fold up and put away an easy to lay out. We've used it for a couple of months with no issues.
