They are great as function and price I just give 4 stars because I ordered 4 one of them did not work properly so I had to returned and ordered a new one, so I had to make another trip to install it.

It made too much noise metal made rattling noise.u

Fan does not work.

The unit was delivered defect twice.It was for attic ventilation.

Once opened it was misaligned with the blades bent

We had 3 of these installed. Two in the attic and one in the garage. They generated such a high pitched whine (that could be heard everywhere inside the house) we had them removed. I hope the company can re-engineer these. We would really have liked to use them. Disclosure…we did not purchase them from Amazon but from a reputable roofer.

We had a hail storm here in Colorado Spring last year, and this solar attic fan was sturdy enough that I didn't have to replace it while my roof was badly wrecked. I guess the thickness of the metal frame makes the difference.
