To everyone who's saying that their product is not working, you need to remove the golden yellow plastic film (as shown in first photo) covering the charging points on earbuds for it to charge and start working. The product is not charged out of the box.White light is when it's charging the case and green is when it detects the earbuds and starts charging it. I ordered 2 and both are working fine.Pros:1. Sound quality is really good at this price point. Bass is deep and treble is also nice. Mic quality is also good enough at this price point.2. Defy as a brand is underdog and not many people know about it. My previous pair lasted me more than 2 years.3. Comfortable to wear and you get extra silicone tips to better fit your ear holes.4. Decent enough built quality. Light weight box so you don't feel it easily in your pockets. Rounded corner design so it doesn't hurt your thighs in tight jeans pockets.5. Easy and fast pairing, doesn't take a lot of time to connect to your device.Cons:Honestly not much but:1. Lack of after sales service network even in major cities.2. ENC is bare bones, it's basically the fitting silicone tips doing most part of the job of cancelling noise. ENC is a marketing gimmick, don't buy this you want noise cancellation - go for proper ANC. But under 500, this is the best you'll get as per my experience.3. Charging wire provided in the box is very poor quality. And plastic case feels a bit flimsy.4. Case battery degrades fast and will stop providing you with 24hr battery backup, so you might want to use it carefully. But that's the case in most of the TWS at this price point.Conclusion: Overall great product to use upto a year or so. Good enough for basic tasks like music, movies and calls. I ordered 2 after I lost my previous pair. One for me and other for my girlfriend. ENC is a marketing gimmick, if you need noise cancellation, increase your budget and buy a TWS with proper ANC.

Ordered this shi from Amazon thinking I won't get disappointed cuz Amazon's a big deal nowadays but I had the worst shopping experience ever with this earpods . Didn't work the first time I returned, replacement came and it was also a piece of shi . Dude it was such a waste of money and time . Not worth buying. I'd rather have my money back than get a replacement. Shi ahh product, of coarse it's chinese. Won't ever order devices from Amazon ,sellers think we dumb. Made a fool out of me.

Sound quality - 4/5 (I use good quality wired earphones, so the sound seems a bit artificial for me. But the details in the audio is crystal clear and the bass is also good. If you have not experienced good quality earphones, you will not get any issue with its sound)Call quality - 5/5 (Excellent in this price range)Battery backup - 5/5 (Never got below 90% of the buds in my single time usage which is approx 1-1.5 hours)Built quality - 4.5/5 Everything is good but I want to specially highlight the calling.
