I'm a full time university lecturer (male) and was once relatively in shape and a regular gym goer. But a period of illness plus successive working at home during lockdowns made me pile on (quite quickly) 60lbs / 4 stone. I lost the weight and got back to my old size when gyms reopened but was left with sagging and loose skin around my moobs and love handle area.I bought this 5 weeks ago and can honestly say the results are very good. With three or four treatments per week on moderate settings I've seen my love handles reduce significantly as well as my moobs/chest. Everything feels firmer. My family, too, have noted the difference. My shirts don't 'hug' around my problem areas like they used to. Even colleagues have asked me if I lost weight.My recommendation is 20-30mins a week on your problem areas. So for me that was moobs, chest, and love handles. Each a separate session for about 20-30mins.Start off week 1 on a low setting and gradually work your way up.If using cavitation wear some ear plugs as during the treatment you will hear buzzing noise.Two things I found helped me and will help you which I did from day 1:- Maintain a good healthy diet (not necessarily weight loss diet, maintenance calories is fine).- I also exercise 4 times a week. Two sessions of weights and 2 cardio sessions.- I also took some fat burning supplements like green tea tablets alongside this regimen- AVOID alcohol completely for the weeks you're doing the course. Alcohol is a toxin and if you ingest it, your body will stop using your food, store it as fat, work on burning the alcohol, and your efforts will be wasted.Finally: Be realistic! This will not make you lose weight as such (barring a couple of pounds of fat loss) but is more about body recomposition AFTER significant weight loss. Think of it as a reward for your hard work, having a bit of a lift.

Cavitation head didn’t work so I have requested a refund , hopefully they will refund my money back . The device looks cheap and there are variations in price all over the internet , you can get it from £80 to £170 or more . I’ve bought it based on the reviews they had here but I doubt that cheap thing gives such results. Honestly a scam.

Really liked it till the cavitation stopped working as if a wire was loose

It feels like the suction is very good, but you have to make sure it slides properly. I like the radio frequency, you can adjust the intensity and it allows you to adjust. and lipolysis is very smooth and good. I really suggest you try it.

I love it .and it really worked shame the 40k head broke only had it 2/3 weeks .had to send it back still waiting on refund
