Detachable hose could have been longer

One fatal flaw... Not with the looks or ability of the set, but the sprayer hose is not mated with the right threading pitch on the sprayer handheld end. Can only can be connected the other way around with the cable which means ot won't fit the holder on the diverter. Wrote the vendor but may end up sending it back to Amazon if they don't respond to the inquiry. Maybe a one off or a bad batch issue. The pack the unit well and also provide a decent set of instructions and the teflon tape for the threads.

Of course this product isn't going to be top notch but it's $13 and you definitely get more than what you pay for. The shower head that was already in my apartment is definitely a more expensive and doesn't have different functions or a removable head. This one makes me actually want to stay in the shower longer! And if you have a small shower like me, this is a must have.I have zero handy skills and I was able to install it myself within about 15 minutes with just a wrench and the parts that came with the shower head. The part that came out of my wall already was stuck in too good but I was able to attach the shower head to it anyways. I love it!!

Yes, you do get what you pay for. If you are ok with that, its a good product. 3 stars for poor instructions. And the connectors, because they are plastic, are difficult to thread. Have only used it a few days, but again for the price, not bad. All plastic materials, be gentle, difficult to thread all connections. And forget teflon tape on all but the main water connection.

This was to replace another dual shower head that I had for years. I found the Geysa Chrome to fit the bill. I am very happy with the unit. It was very easy to install and came with direction that I was not able to read, the lettering was very small. The instruction were not needed to install the shower head. IMHO this is a good product for the price, I have only had it for 2 days but I'm happy.

We had quite alot of trouble installing this. The attachments are plastic, they just look like metal. When trying to screw the handheld shower head onto the hose, the hose kept going on crooked and the more we tried, the more it tore away at the plastic. It says not to use a wrench but we ended up having to. I wouldn't recommend purchasing unless you have someone very strong to help. We finally got it mounted and we turned on the water to see it leaked from every location. My fiancée tightened it up more with the wrench and it no longer leaks. The mount holder for the handheld is also not very sturdy and every time we turn the water on the pressure makes it fall from the mount.

For the price: Is a great item, It's well put together and it all looks nice and well made.The functions all work, and it really updated the look of my shower. It does help get a better shower quality, and I'm really happy with it.You must take time to carefully put the washers and the plumbing tape together, to prevent leaking and pressure loss. Its easy but it takes good old patience.

I bought one and it did a really good job for half the cost of others. It did so well, I purchased a second for the guest bathroom. I would order more when back in stock for my rental properties.
