Fit and work in my old dremel. Fixed surging and inconsistent RPM. Be careful with the doors, the plastic bits are fragile.

Seems okay
The brushes that I replaced were about 2 mm less in length ! Installation wasnt too difficult, but I felt like I was going to break the two tabs retaining the covers. I ended up using a ~T10 torx bit to take apart the dremel and verify that I wasnt breaking anything.

Brought my Dremel back to life
My 20 year old Dremel 395 was starting to make a "rocks in a can" sound and was surging while running. After chaging the brushes it's like new again, quiet and smooth.

Not as pictured/described
What i received was the brush only, not the spring. Also the brush is not as pictured, it doesn't have round end that normally attaches to the spring. Instead it is flat with grooves.Going back...
