I just got it and charged the battery I bought. Plugged it in and went outside in 60 degree weather with a good breeze going. In this weather I freeze and have to wear my wool coat and have a blanket over my legs. NO longer! This jacket kept me warm so much I could walk around with it on the lowest temperature. Even with the heavy breeze I was warm. I’m 5 feet 5 inches and weigh 130 and bought the medium and it fits perfect. It even fits my husband who is about the same height and weight but he lets the top portion, where you have on the sides, open and the bottom of it closed. Just well made and if it does NOT live up to expectations I’ll come back and say so but if you hear nothing then this is just an awesome item and plan to buy the husband one of his own! I got cold just letting him try it for five minutes, he got very warm.

For the money, this is a really nice vest. You WILL need to purchase a battery pack. This vest works much better with a tighter fit. For reference I am 5'7" about 165 and I got the L/XL, I should have ordered the M/L. It does have zippers that will expand the waist a little. It has a pocket to hold the battery pack you purchase separately. Buying a battery pack will increase the cost to use this but still a good deal.

My son wore this vest for the first time last night, the vest heating initially worked but after 1 hour the chest light started dimming and fluttering then turned off completely and no longer works. The charging device still had 70% battery and we tried second battery pack to make sure it wasn’t battery issue. The vest is not working. This is his second vest he has owned, the first one lasted him almost 2 years, wearing it almost daily in winter.I am hoping the seller will offer a replacement, unfortunately the last day for return was on Nov 26th 2023. I bought it for him as a birthday gift, but didn’t give it to him until his celebration yesterday Dec 2, 2023.

Super priced, however there is no battery included. Still, with the battery is still reasonable.

I am grateful for the adjustable sizing that this heated vest has. I ordered a large which is my typical shirt and jacket size. The size guide would have put me into a medium (42" chest). Upon receipt I checked the fit and it was pretty snug from chest to waist. Fortunately there are size zippers that will relax the size another couple of inches each side. Now the fit is slightly loose but still comfortable. I wish the side adjustment added a little bit less than it does because it is quite a jump in size. In hindsight I could have ordered a medium but I would have to release the side zippers for it to fit at all.I tested this with a large battery bank. It is still warm here so I just tested the perceived warmth felt from the vest when turned on. ON the high setting it got reasonably warm but not hot by any means. However, this would probably feel warmer if out in cold weather or over a longer period of time. The lower settings will make sense to maintain your comfort once you feel warmed up. The battery pocket located on the inside of the vest should hold a fairly large battery bank. But you'll feel the weight if you go too big. With this heated vest I'll be ready to keep fishing in comfort even on colder days without having to wear too many layers to be comfortable.

Very impressed with this heated vest. Its design is discreet, not giving away that it's electrically heated. The heating zones are perfectly placed for maximum effectiveness and comfort. The fit is just right, and I love that it's expandable to accommodate thicker layers underneath. It's also super comfy to wear. The design is sleek, simple, and stylish – not overly colorful or loud, which I greatly appreciate. This vest is a wonderful addition to my wardrobe for chilly days.

It is ridiculous that the item is shown with all the heating panels glowing, and yet it does not come with the power pack to heat the vest. Amazingly, it is sold separately which it does not state that when you’re buying the best very disappointed.
