After buying 3 crappy kids umbrellas that each claimed to be bigger than the last but all barely covering my 8 year old and her backpack I spent the extra dough and this hefty piece showed up. Love it! Feels like the sound a BMW door makes when it closes- solid. The inversion is easy enough and I think it will last a long while****** UPDATE**** the edges have come apart and this thing is now worthless, I am so disappointed, didn't even last a year and in all honesty probably used 8 times

We first really liked this umbrella, great concept, perfect size for my child unlike the little kids umbrellas, and it seemed worth the higher price tag. My child isn’t rough and didn’t use it a lot, yet the edge contecting the outer and inner layers of the umbrella ripped and now we can’t use it. My kiddo is sad and I’m disappointed in what I thought was going to be a terrific umbrella.

I bought the smaller version of the umbrella to use when going to Disney World to block the sun while walking around. The umbrella worked great the first trip, however, by the end of the 2nd trip I opened it up to find one of the pieces that holds it open had broken and I couldn't even get it to open up all the way. Was disappointed when I paid more for the smaller version than I did for the adult size.

It came with an umbrella tote bag and its handle ripped very easily. The umbrella itself began to pull apart after the first use. We had the umbrella less than a month.

This is a great umbrella. It's all black on the outside when open, but wait. A beautiful, vivid butterfly scene awaits the umbrella carrier on the inside! My daughter loves this umbrella and so do I!

I love the way it opens and closed.
