Purchased this from seller "VHBWUK" for the BT VERVE 450. The battery shipped from Germany in around 4 working days, which was good service, especially for the sub-£3 price including delivery!Have just installed the battery and it is charging. There are a couple of points which might assist other people who are thinking about whether to try a new battery in this phone:1. This particular replacement battery is fractionally smaller in length and breadth, but also very slightly thicker. It is therefore very important to get the battery cover seated correctly otherwise it fouls the electrical contacts on the handset base and prevents charging. Make sure that the cover is flush with the phone case - I hope that this won't be a problem now that I have done this.2. Removing the battery for replacement does not wipe the phonebook memory.

I bought this for my Mother, her BT Verve 450 kept turning off even after being fully charged. She had the phone for 5 years and only recently the battery was dying.We were about to buy another handset when I thought to try these fellers out and for such a small price it did its job (I bought 3). It was quite simple to take out and insert the new battery, immediately the phone was back on with 50% charge. It’s been 3 weeks and the battery is working very well as if it was brand new phone again, this prevented me from coughing out £80 for a brand new handset.The phone fully charged lasts for 48 hours and my Mother uses the phone quite a lot.Overall an awesome product and will definitely buy again once these die out, hopefully that is in another 5 years time.

Brought life to my old BT Verve landline after so many years of not being in use. Easy to install and holds up charge for days before needing another charge. Mind you I don’t use the handset that much. Usage will determine how long apart it needs charging.

I have 3 BT Verve phones. Replaced 2 original batteries with these previously and both fitted and work perfectly. Charge lasting very well. This purchase was for the 3rd phone and once again delivered very prompt. Fitted and works perfect.

Needed a new battery for our landline phone and spotted this very well priced item. Took a little while to arrive but arrive it did, well wrapped and even had a little bit of charge in it. Its been in our Verve 410 for several days now and has brought a new lease of life to what was a dead phone. Happy to recommend the supplier and the battery.

I was given an old Verve base station because it "wasn't working". One batter in the handset and its up to full steam again.This battery fully charged lasts a couple of days on standby which is similar performance to the BT supplied ones.Good price .... Good performance.Worth it?Absolutely!

Our BT verve has been with us for nearly 7 years and has been a great cordless phone, when the hand set starting playing up I went for a battery here that has received decent reviews and its been in for 6/7 months now with no problems, if I get a year even two I will be happy anymore and that's a bonus.....watch this space :-)
