Comfy Cone, Small 14 cm

I am not sure I would describe this as comfortable, it is firmer than expected, even with the supports removed from the sleeves inside (optional). This was ordered as a back up to a surgical suit for my male dog to wear post-castration, in case the suit didn't fit or my dog wouldn't wear it. My dog actually likes the surgical suit which is good as when I needed to wash the suit I tried this Comfy Collar out on him and he struggled a bit and tried to remove it. I cut some old leggings for a temporary alternative whilst the surgical suit was drying and ordered a second surgical suit for times that I may need to wash the other one over the next week or so that remains of his recovery. Since he likes wearing the surgical suit I actually think it could be useful for general wear too (he's an older dog and the cold flares up some arthritis so hopefully it will help prevent that).I imagine that the Comfy Collar works well for some dogs, but not for mine.

This is not ‘comfy’ or ‘small’. It’s really quite heavy and not flexible at all. Bought for adult cat, the length of the cone meant that he definitely would not be able to drink or eat. He couldn’t even lie down due to the length of the collar, ridiculous and definitely not suitable for a cat. It was at least twice the length of his head and would have been cruel to use in my opinion. Amazon have issued a full refund on return so great service, shame about suitability of the product.

much kinder than the horrid plastic ones from vets. bought for my cat and she wasn't happy about wearing it lol but i felt slightly less guilty about it because it was a nice padded one. Added bonus is that I have 5 cats and obviously this can be kept and used for many years to come if any of them ever need a collar.

Bought this for my Yorkshire terrier when she got a nasty infection that she wouldn’t stop licking at. Helped everything heal up nicely as she couldn’t get to the wound.Easy to clean, and after a few days she was running about in it as if it wasn’t there!

Because my pug has a little smooshed in face, I wanted to try a softer cone that would make it easier for her to eat & sleep with it on. I was recommended this by the vet so bought it straight away. Adjustable fit is good although my dog really didn't appreciate how loud the velcro is right next to her ears when you come to take it off.Highly effective.

This product worked ok, but my dog was always staring at the ceiling. He didn't find it very comfortable. I got him an inflatable collar instead which worked perfectly, just wish I had seen that before this one.

Perfect to use whilst dog grooming aggressive dogs as its soft and wipeable but stiff.

I bought this after our dog had an operation on her ear. Although I'm so sure she was pleased with it, it made her look like a character from a Jane Austen book, but we were. She was able to eat and sleep with it on. Would definitely recommend.
