NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME!!!! Great Idea with a Fatal Flaw
NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME!!! - Great idea and my bird loves it unfortunately there is an issue which renders it unusable. When I first received the perch the bolts on the wheels were the wrong size. I contacted the manufacturer by email and I received the correct wheels ion 2 days. The about a one and half months from purchase the top stem of the tree which screws into a bolt on the bottom stem was wobbling. I figured it was lose so a tried to tighten it and it just kept turning. I tried to unscrew it and see if it was stripped and the whole bolt came out of the bottom stem. I initially emailed the manufacturer and asked them to replace the bottom stem. Instead they sent me a repair kit with a slightly longer bolt and advising to use wood glue. I was frustrated that I have to "repair" this myself after a short period of use but attempted to so. The bolt that they provided didn't fit into the hole on the bottom stem because it had been hollowed out to much. Contacted the manufacturer and they sent the top and bottom part of the tree. The design is the same and will result in the same issue as before. I have requested a refund from the seller (not Amazon) and the have agreed to do so.

Best Playtree EVER!!!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I got this playtree for my birds. I have many different kind of stands, but this one is by far the best! I love that it breaks down flat if necessary. It is easy to assemble, no tools required, and that makes it not only easy to pack up (if you need to move) but also easy to clean. All the metal is Stainless Steel, which gives me confidence that the quality is excellent! I have always loved the Nu-Perches from The Parrot Wizard and all my birds have them in their cages, so I already knew about the quality of his products. I love the fact that the perches on this playtree are easily replaced too. I also have the counter top model of this tree too! Great products!
