The arrived flat, so it's not as loopy as the product photos There is no wire in the ribbons for manipulating the ribbon shapes. I like that the fascinator comes with a hair clip and a headband. The headband is covered in a matching blue satin so it matches the hat and it's smooth against my hair. It is easy to switch between the headband and the hairclip. The fascinator is lightweight, so it's easy to wear for a long or short day.

This fascinator is well made, very fun, light and easy to wear.
