It's is a very good battery pack .I run an led light which was very bright and it last for over 4 hours .I would buy this battery pack again in a heart beat ,EXCELLENT PRODUCT .

It worked twice, returning
Took a chance as a backup for the arris at twice the cost. well it functioned fine, TWICE. will not charge or come on. skip this one. Very surprising, a company would make something like this and not make sure it will work. Where is Quality Control ?

Does not stay on
Unit appears to be well made and digital display is nice, but it will not stay on. Each time I want to heat my vest I have to remove it from the vest and turn it on again

Does NOT work with Venustas vest. it shuts off
This battery is NOT compatible with my Venustas vest. It is constantly shutting off, which means I have to undo the zipper in the inside back of my vest to turn it back on; if you can imagine, this is beyond frustrating at cold, windy spring baseball games.A complete waste of $ I can't return, and way more hassle than warmth.
