It's adorable.. works at it should! The even put a scarf on it for winter. My daughter uses the 30 minute timer on the dimmest setting and it holds a charge for a couple weeks.

The media could not be loaded.  My daughter loves this light, putting her down for bed has become a bit easier thanks to her having a night light of her favorite animal. She also loves the squishy feel of it. It’s super cute, bright enough even at its dimmest setting, charges up quickly, and lasts long enough for her to fall asleep. I can’t say for sure how long it lasts as I’ve never kept track, I just know it long enough to do the job. My only complaint is that it is super touch sensitive, the lightest tap changes the setting or turns it off/on so make sure you have it set somewhere it’s not going to get bumped. Otherwise we are super pleased!

I am assuming that you've already seen the sitting panda night light. It is very cute (same face) but a bit larger and with a massive oversized head. Cute yes, but possibly too top heavy if you're planning to use it around young children.This lying down panda is much more stable, but because it lacks the oversized head, it is not quite as cute. And as stated before, it is not quite as large of a light.Of course, being made of soft squishy silicone makes any light that topples over or falls on the floor much less of a problem. But because these lights are touch sensitive, anything that knocks them over risks the chance of turning them on or off as well. So, if that is a concern, then the lying panda may be your best choice.The lying panda light comes already charged and ready to go to work, lying down.Tap it once to turn it on. Tap again and it gets brighter; tap again and it gets still brighter. And, just one more tap turns it off. It comes with its own charging cord.The lying panda does have a slightly visible seam run horizontally across its face and all the way around its body. On the other hand, the sitting panda has the seam run vertically in the back half of the panda, so the seam is barely visible at all, and it runs behind the ears and not across the face. Also, the raised portion of the eyes are three times larger on the seated panda than the lying panda. But that hardly matters because the black eyes against the black eye patches makes the eyes inconsequential. After all, it's not the eyes that are so cute, it's the eye patches that are.The panda light has three settings: Off, On, and 30. When turned OFF, the light will not come on until the switch is moved to one of the other options. When turned ON, you can use the tap function described above. When switched to 30, a timer will turn off the light automatically after 30 minutes.And, the charge seems to last forever.

Oh my goodness - this is an adorable nightlight! My 11 year old daughter is obsessed with pandas - so this was perfect for her. It is chargeable, so it doesn't need to be plugged in at all times. Since there is a timer it will last for a few nights before needing to be recharged. The light is a warm white, and the brightness can be adjusted. It's small enough that it can be packed and taken on vacation for comfort away from home. This would make a fabulous gift for a panda lover in your life - it is so adorable and sure to put a smile on someone's face. For the price point this is a GREAT value.

First off, I want to say, this thing is so freaking cute, it came with a cute little scarf on it, I can't believe how cute it is. The light is very nice, its a nice ambient light that I use when I want to talk with friends in my car late at now.I Like that you can change how bright it is just by clapping, which is pretty fun to do. There's also this timer thing that turns it off after a while, so it's not on all night. It's made of this soft silicone stuff, so it feels nice and it's not breakable, which is great because I'm kinda clumsy sometimes. I've been using it every night, and it's just nice to have this little panda glowing beside my bed. It's like having a little buddy in the room with me.
