waste of money. Seller fails to disclose ingredients, one of which is ginko balboa, known to give headaches, heart palpitations and other side effects. Had i known it contained that, i would not have purchased. So I enclosed a photo to show u ingredients. An hour after taking 2 pills, had a nice strong headache & some chest pain. Many companies marketing this and each one has different ingredients, use due diligence. In the garbage it goes.

The ingredients are not what the real pineal xt gold has in it, this is just supplements only that is not listed in the real Pineal XT. Can't tell if it vegetarian capsules listed or its gelatin capsules, because both are listed on the bottles. Not happy with the purchase and can't return them, they do not except returns.Very much misleading. Don't get tricked! if these things mean anything to you don't BUY!

I have been very pleased with this product. My memory has improved dramatically since starting with it. Not sure about the third eye opening but I feel better and sharper mentally.
