This thing is wonderful. My massage therapist recommend it for me as I can't afford frequent, consistent massage appointments and I struggle with chronic headaches and shoulder/neck tension.While I wish it was a little less in cost for the "size" of it - it is a wonderful aid to helping stay healthy and mediate pain. Being able to utilize it for my cranial pressure points for headaches, neck points and follow all the way down my spine (also hits the very tight/tense/sore/achy/painful area of my spine on either side of my scapula (back shoulder bones). It took a while to figure out how best to utilize the tool for my body and how I needed to feel pressure and release - but now that I've worked with it, I love it. I don't use it everyday, but am pretty sure if I did it would further help lessen chronic issues.I am able to have moments of that "oh my goodness this is painful but it feel so great to release that tension/knot its amazing" feeling when using this little device. Totally worth a purchase if you have tightness, knots, tension, headaches, backaches, neck aches, etc. While massage is deeper and more thorough of course, this has helped in the meantime tremendously. And when I did a new workout this past weekend, along with painting ceilings and walls in my parents home, it helped work out and relieve the muscle tension that had built from the activities.Very, very happy and pleased I ended up purchasing this.

I have some mixed feelings about this tool, thought I overall like it. I have occipital neuralgia, which causes intense headaches and migraines. So, on a whim, I decided to try it out. I've notices some benefits for some symptoms, and for others not so much. Also, it sometimes just makes my head more sore. Oddly enough, I wish it was more firm. I've used therapy blocks for my vertebrae, but those were much sturdier. Sometimes, I feel like this has a little too much give.However, it has helped with some of my headaches, and I am glad I purchased it. I just felt, for the money, it should be a bit more firm.

This thing was absolutely worthless to me. It slides all over the place when placed under the head so there is absolutely no relaxing while using it. And when I place it under my neck, it doesn't even reach or touch my neck (I'm 5'8, 150lbs - not a giant). And when you stand it up to place it under the occipital area, the bottom bends so much that you can tell it won't last long. And I would never attempt to put this thing under my back/spine as shown. I expected more for the price. Very poor design. Returned.

I am not one to write reviews, however, I had to give my ultimate praises for the Craniocradle. It is for sure the BEST thing I have ever purchased on Amazon or anywhere else for that fact. I injured my neck 46 years ago in a swimming accident. Over the years, I have had x-rays, physical therapy, seen a chiropractor for 30 years, done at-home exercises, bought various pillows, and am quite particular how and where I sit, etc. This little Craniocradle is by far, a God-sent. I have purchased four so far (for myself, daughter, brother and friend). It comes with instructions for positioning, but three of my favorite ways to use it is driving in the car, sitting in a movie theater or on the couch/chair positioned with the Cranio in my center back. Doing this keeps my neck in alignment because my posture is so much better while using it in that manner. If my neck becomes painful or I begin to get a headache, I lay on the floor, do a few of the recommended positions (5 min. max) and I am good to go...Using the Craniocradle, at times, feels as though I have had an chiropractic adjustment without leaving my house. I have all positive things to say about this product. I only wish I had two of them: one for the car and one for the house! Santa is coming soon, so maybe I will find another one in my stocking!!!

These are really effective. I was prescribed two of the cranio cradles for a gentle traction after a whiplash injury, and also to loosen stiff muscles in my lower back. It works very well. In fact, I have been carrying one around and inserting it behind my back as a trigger point therapy while I sit. I gave three stars because of the very strong out-gassing from the product- even after I left these outside for 24 hours. And even two weeks later, they still emit the smell. I wonder at the toxicity level, since this is not good for your health. Ironic given this is a health product.

Love this item! I used one at my Physiotherapist Office and knew I needed one for home. It hasn't let me down yet!
