They work, you just can't charge them on the Ryobi charger. Read...
I was so excited to receive these, saving some cash, having two of them with the battery light indicators, etc. I plug it into my blower and it cranks up and dies in about 30 seconds. I plug the second one in with the near exact result. Ok, so I place them on the charger and that is where it all started heading south really fast. The red light indicator remained solid and that means the battery is not able to be charged. Second one was placed on with the same result. I'm thinking by this point that is HAS TO BE THE CHARGER. So I go to Home Depot and we pulled a Ryobi battery off one of their showroom pieces and it worked just fine. We pulled a charger from one of their showroom pieces and tried both batteries with the exact same result I experienced at home. They simply won't charge on Ryobi chargers. I want so badly to return them or at least have the seller tell me what charger chargers them. That would be helpful. I assure you, I'd rather return them and just buy the way overpriced Ryobi product instead. You get what you pay for...it's so true.Edit: I came back to add to this review, seeing how I sorted out the issue. Ryobi sort of recently changed their chargers from a grey rectangular version to an AlienWare looking green 30min charging flavor. I just bought the newer green one refurbished from a local outlet mall and voila, these batteries charged right up. I added photos to ensure you know the difference in the two chargers and know that the grey one didn’t work for me. These batteries have the battery remaining lights that I love at more than 60% off OEM. If you have the grey charger, try that’s find the green one if you go this route.

Excellent Replacement Batteries - Highly Recommend!
I recently purchased the 2Pack 3.0Ah 18V P102 Lithium-Ion Replacement Batteries for my Ryobi cordless power tools, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase! These batteries are fantastic replacements for the Ryobi P102, P103, P104, P105, P107, P108, P109, and P190 models.Firstly, the performance of these batteries is top-notch. They provide a consistent and reliable power supply, ensuring my tools run smoothly and efficiently. I’ve used them with my Ryobi drill, saw, and blower, and they’ve handled every task with ease. The 3.0Ah capacity means they last significantly longer than the original batteries, allowing me to complete larger projects without needing to recharge frequently.Charging these batteries is quick and hassle-free. They fit perfectly into my existing Ryobi charger, and I’ve noticed that they charge just as fast, if not faster, than the original batteries. Plus, the battery life has been impressive, even after several charge cycles, maintaining their capacity and power output.Another highlight is the build quality. These replacement batteries feel solid and durable, and they attach securely to my tools. The design ensures they stay in place during use, which gives me confidence when working on demanding tasks.Overall, I highly recommend these 3.0Ah 18V Lithium-Ion Replacement Batteries. They offer excellent value for money, delivering performance and reliability that rivals the original Ryobi batteries. If you’re looking for a dependable and cost-effective solution to keep your Ryobi tools powered up, look no further!

only last for a few charges.
I bought these for replacements for a summer water mist fan. They worked great for the first few charges. Now, they don't charge at all. The charger doesn't recognize the battery. Too late to return but i wouldn't buy again....

Sadly didn’t work for my Ryobi buffer
I wish I had the same good experience as other people! I purchased a Ryobi buffer and strangely my Ryobi batteries that I already had that operated all my other tools wouldn’t fit the buffer. My RV is in the barn with no electricity so I need a battery operated buffer to work.I ordered these batteries as an alternative and they fit and ran for a while and then they didn’t. Then they did and then they didn’t. I didn’t try the batteries in another tool afterward. All I know is they wouldn’t work in that buffer. Maybe it’s the buffer????One battery lasted longer than the other. It was too frustrating to keep the batteries because they didn’t do what I needed them to do. The seller did offer to work with me and replace them, but I prefer to bite the bullet and pay out the nose for the brand. Well, not really but I think I have to anyway.

Bought it. Already owned the brand.
Loved the price that I got and I already knew the brand. I like Ryobi for the many devices they make. The tools are not top of the line. But the convenience of interchanging devices is great.
