Should this come with a scoop? Mine didn't??

It comes with one but you will have to dig around in the powder

I used to feel the buzz but after 1 week off,i cant feel it anymore.. Any advice please? Thank you

Hello, Thank you for your message and interest in Applied Nutrition. You can certainly build up a tolerance of use with any stimulant-based pre-workout, and this is certainly the case if you have been a habitual user over a long period of time. Taking time off, or ‘cycling’ your pre-workout is a sensible decision, which ensures that the products remain highly effective and beneficial to your training intensity and outcome. If you feel that you’re not getting the performance benefits after a period off, consider shifting your time of supplementation to 15 minutes prior to your workout. Ensure that you’re not supplementing within 2 hours of a solid meal and make sure that you are adequately hydrated throughout the day. Further than that, you must prioritise your health by making sure that your lifestyle habits don’t get in the way. Make sure that you’re getting at least 6-7 hours of sleep per night, ensure that you’re hitting your macronutrient score and make sure that your training allows you recovery time. Just a few changes to the way you approach your supplement strategy can make noticeable and reliable changes to the outcome of the products that you choose. Thanks, Applied Nutrition

Is this the best alternative to Ultimate orange, (Original formula)

It would be easy for me to say yes, but I believe it is down to personal taste. I only choose the icy blue razz flavour as it is my favourite. In my opinion ABE is the best pre-work out in the market.
