This is what I’d consider a good “medium support”. It’s well made, comfy, and an excellent price, so it’s a 10/10 from me :-)

Comfortable and provides good support
This brace is made of nice thick material with good, strong elasticity. It provides good support for my dodgy knees, whilst still being quite comfortable to wear.Products I’ve bought in the past came as a pair, and I didn’t realise this would be just the one (I need support for both knees). However, the price for 2 (£13.98) would be about the same as I have paid in the past.One star off for not providing any washing instructions
