From my experience, the Beurer BM57 is the best of the best out of several well known makes of blood pressure monitor that I have tried. It is a well-designed and well-made unit that gives comparable results at each sitting. First of all, I sit as advised in the manual, relax for x5 minutes, and then proceed to take x3 readings leaving approx. x2 minutes between each reading. Of course, any movement or distraction during this period of preparing for and taking the x3 readings can result in a change in one's blood pressure. Also, the specified Measurement accuracy and Display accuracy for the unit should be taken into consideration when viewing the x3 readings taken at the one sitting. Attaching the cuff to the upper arm was a little awkward to begin with but was soon mastered.I wasn't too impressed with the Beurer Pro app, and soon started to use the 'Blood Pressure Diary by MedM' app, with which the Beurer BM57 effortlessly syncs. This app by MedM is a superior, very well designed, easy to use, and easy to export app, and has a very 'supportive' Support Team.Would certainly buy the Beurer BM57 unit again.

Accuracy is slightly different but good qualityNot good for large upper arms

I have had a couple of other Beurer products in the past and have found them to be good, including an older blood pressure monitor. This new one is an improvement over the old in terms of usability, and has a nice large screen with easy to see results and fairly large buttons. I like that it is supplied in a soft case so that I can keep the set together without losing or damaging anything. It also came supplied with the necessary batteries which is appreciated.It is fairly easy to use and can store results for up to two users. The cuff sits on the upper arm in the same way as many other monitors, and it can operate with the user sitting or lying down. The display shows the pressure, pulse rate, user (1 or 2) as well as the date and time. There’s a handy video guide available online so that you can see it working too. I have found the results to be accurate when comparing them with other blood pressure monitors that I have access to.The monitor is designed to work with the Beurer Health Manager app on smartphones and tablets. Using it allows you to access your records at any time so long as you have an internet connection, which can be a useful feature. I’m not that impressed with the app itself and find it quite basic, but you don’t have to use the app unless you want to. However, I’ve found that the Bluetooth connection works well and shares the data to my phone.The advantage of this monitor compared to standard models is that you can easily track the results so long as you set it up with a Bluetooth device, and that’s better than having to note them down or record them manually. It is a well-made device which I like, and I wish that the app was as good.

This is a very easy unit to use if you need to keep an eye on your blood pressure

The media could not be loaded. This is not great on AA batteries - they don't last long and makes this machine very frustrating to use. Brilliant bright display and lots of features including memory banks for 2 users. Cuff fits most arms 22-42cm but is not quite as nice to use as other cuffs. I'm not sure about the accuracy as readings vary a lot in one sitting and from other machines. I think that might be to do with cuff placement as use. This measures on the way up, so is a bit quicker than other monitorsThe app wasn't great but it pairs well with external apps like Medm which allows syncing to Google fit.I'm keeping this one but will return if accuracy issues continue

I'm 53 and work offshore and as such I have to pass a medical on a regular basis which frankly I find somewhat terrifying. It's not the actual medical as such but the fact that my mortgage and livelihood relies upon it that causes me to stress out.And of course that means in the run up to my medical my blood pressure goes nuts. It's ridiculous but it's a fact of life for me.So, I use BPM's to monitor my stats and take the machine and data with me to show to the doctor that hopefully I'm not about to peg it through blood pressure high enough to drive a turbine. If you are like me or in the same situation then this kind of machine is a job not to say life saver.So, this is similar to most other good quality units. I also have an Omron one the same as the one in my doctors surgery and when I compare back to back the results are similar so accuracy is good enough to be reliable. Tick one box.To use is simple. Put the compression strap on - which becomes easy with a bit of practice - and then press the go button and it records your blood pressure and heart rate which, you can store on your mobile device via Bluetooth.It's easy and simple.The other thing to do is to make sure that you check regularly and roughly at the same time and in the same condition. Not just after you have had a game of squash for instance...That way you build up a trend and that's the most useful way to present information to your quack.Build quality is very good. Just as good as my Omron unit so I have no issues over the longevity of this machine.The screen is clear and easy to see so even those of us who have reached an age where reading glasses are a necessity can easily see just how good or bad things are...Overall, if you pick this BPM then you won't be disappointed. Well, you might be, but in that case best you take a quick trip to the doctors for some tablets....

Acabo de recibir mi artículo y la verdad físicamente esta muy atractivo, el uso simple es sencillo, pero para emparejarlo al celular me costó mucho trabajo, ya que el bluetooth del cel no lo detecta solo con se puede usar con la aplicación que también tiene su maña ya que al final de la página donde están todos los baumanometros y eliges el que tienes hay una cámara donde tienes que escanear el resultado directamente del baumanometro para que te aparezcan todos los resultados y además aunque le quites las pilas al dispositivo este perderá todos lis datos pero la aplicación no pierde ningún datos, difícil de emparejar pero muy buen producto.

Muy buen producto Me gusta cómo se infla lentamente para que mi brazo no se sienta incómodo como con otros monitores de presión arterial. También se conecta muy bien a la aplicación de mi iPhone para realizar un seguimiento de mi presión arterial. Definitivamente recomendado

Facile à utiliser. J'ai fini par réussir à faire fonctionner le bluetooth en ajoutant l'appareil dans l'application PENDANT que le bluetooth de celui-ci était en fonctionnement.
