: The brutal brothers from Bethnal Green are back and bloodier than ever in FALL OF THE KRAYS. Following on from the ferocious Rise Of The Krays, FALL OF THE KRAYS picks up the story of the infamous Firm as the cracks start to show in the brothers business plans and their sanity. Having secured their empire and their infamy, the brothers must now fight to keep hold of both as the obsession of one police officer becomes entwined with a burgeoning romance and a dangerous state of mind for Reggie and Ronnie respectively.

However as individuals they were great at their own roles
an OK film to watch if you have an interest in the Krays, (will have to watch the 'Rise of the Krays') but when they are played by evidently non twins or even brothers it was a bit disappointing. However as individuals they were great at their own roles, especially Ronnie, he was very troubled and the film didn't hold back on the violent side of his character. Interesting to see the portrayal in a different light but personally preferred the adaptation with the Kemp brothers and 'legend'Overall enjoyable.

Excellent.
I see a Krays film and I expect to be underwhelmed coz it's all been done to death. I find out it's by the ROTFS guys and my heart sinks a bit more. It's gonna be a cliche fest with old tropes rehashed. I ignore. One night I'm curious enough to see how bad it is and I find a gem that manages to tease original insights from the Kray history. Great film. Deserves every star for taking an over done and obviously risky subject and delivering a fresh, professional, entertaining and dare I say it...... original film.

No subtitles.....
The movie is awesome but the amazon prime video services are really awful sometimes. I know english well but i still like subtitles for movies , especially for one like this were UK English accents are sometimes hard to understand. You should have subtitles on all of your collection. Too had you don't. That's why I like Netflix a whole lot more

Didn’t watch past 5 minutes...
Just a few short minutes into this film I was so disappointed. I was inspired by the movie Legend with Tom Hardy playing the Kray twins. This film was a hard cry from this. So much that I genuinely couldn’t watch more than a few minutes. This wasn’t the fact it was a budget film but because of the terrible acting that put me off. I felt as if I was watching an awful play. I regretted buying this film it was honestly a waste of money.

Uk's notorious duo - The Kray Twins
Entertaining, fast paced and at the same time, you are trying to access what motivates the twin brothers to adopt such violent nature and personalties in order to demand respect and fear amongst their criminal fraternities during that era. It appears one of the brothers dragged the other one into this culture of violence and fear. One of the Kray brother had this psychopathic and mental nature, whereby to act his violence without no conscience and remorse, came as second nature to him, which in a way caused the pair and it's close followers to be a very dangerous combination. On the other hand, the other Kray brother appeared to just want to become successful but did not appreciate the dirty aspects of what their business involves, ie intimidation, torture and inevitably, murder. He even allowed himself to be human and fell in love and got married to a local girl. But the notion of being notorious and hard and violent pair to be feared, and the strong negative influence of his brother, ultimately became their demise. Very entertaining and highly recommended viewing.

Deeply Dodgy dahn The Smoke!
Well, recently saw Legend and thought I would give the Rise and the Fall a viewing. Had a feel of a low budget TV drama about it, a bit like a violent version of Heartbeat with all the period cars. There was one almighty gaff when two fishermen were putting the bloodied body of super grass Teddy into their rowing boat. The tide was out and they would have to push the boat across the mud flats the best part of half a mile, oops! Apart from that it was an ok film but there are so many better films of this genre out there, like Casino, Goodfellas etc which for me set the bar very high, but this one is British and about the dodgy doings dahn The Smoke, so that's why I just had to watch it!

Awful don't waste your time
Truly awful, no attempt to make the Kray brothers look like twins, hammy acting, unconvincing and in point of fact quite laughably bad. I note that this is a Carnaby Films Production ( a Lonely Place to Die) but what they were thinking of when they commissioned this disaster is beyond me. Don't waste your time and yes watch Legend instead which is better than the Kemp brothers own amateur dramatics version.
