Great for storing my crafts and important papers.

Unbelievable!! I'm so disappointed that an American product is so poorly made and transported. When I got the package off the porch, I knew it was going to be a disaster. The box had holes in it, it was smashed in on all sides, and looked like it had been dropped from a second story window (more than once)!! Every item in the box was broken or defective. A latch on one of the tops was broken off. I thought I would try to fix it, but before I did that, I decided to make sure the latches work. THEY DON'T!! The latch wouldn't even reach the lip that it was supposed to latch on to in order to secure the top to the bin. Every bin had pieces broken off around the tops - not a surprise given the appearance of the box. It had been re-taped at least twice, making me think that it had already been sent back. I think they just "tried" to reinforce it with a differenrt type of tape, and sent it to me. I will not order from this company again. Use them at your own risk!! At least Amazon gave an option to have UPS pick up at no charge which was good because the package was heavy and bulky.

I returned these only because they wasn’t the correct size. They was nice and sturdy and not flimsy.

Plastic Storage Container Bin in a set of 3, and while the size of these containers is precisely what I needed for my organizing needs, I have some concerns with the lid design.Let's start with the positives. The 144 Qt./36 Gal. size of these containers is perfect for storing large and bulky items, making them an excellent choice for organizing my garage and sports equipment. The stackable and nestable design is a space-saver, and I appreciate how neatly they fit together when not in use.The durability of the plastic is commendable, providing confidence that my belongings are well-protected within these containers. The containers themselves are sturdy and hold up well to regular use.However, my main issue lies with the lids and their latching mechanism. Despite the secure lid and latching buckles claim, I found that the lids do not lock in place as securely as I expected. They have a tendency to pop off easily when lifted, which can be frustrating and inconvenient, especially if you need to move the container frequently.Another downside is the lack of a comfortable grip area on the lids. The raised edges are minimal, leaving little room for gripping, particularly if you have long nails. Trying to lift the container using just your fingertips can be challenging and uncomfortable.While I appreciate the size and durability of these storage containers, the issues with the lids' locking and grip design are significant drawbacks. I've had instances where the lid unexpectedly popped open when carrying the container, causing some items to spill out. This is a concern, especially when handling fragile or valuable items.In conclusion, the IRIS USA 144 Qt./36 Gal. Plastic Storage Container Bins are a decent choice if you need spacious and durable storage solutions. However, the lid design needs improvement to ensure a more secure locking mechanism and provide a comfortable grip when lifting. If you're willing to overlook these lid issues, these containers may still serve their purpose well for storing large items, but I hope the manufacturer addresses these concerns in future versions.

I love these storage totes but I had a lid come in broken and there's no way to request a replacement lid without having to replace EVERYTHING so it's kind of inconvenient. All around I love them I just wish there was a way to get 1 replacement lid without having to send the ginormous boxes back lol.

The original order had cracked lids and was returned. Replacement order arrived today with missing latches for the lid. It is only one lid and I would just like to get the latches replaced and not return the entire order, but there is nowhere to request this on Amazon where the order came through. Disappointing to have 2 shipments and problems with both. However, contacting the manufacturer on the second issue resulted in positive outcomes. IRIS was more than happy to replace the latches and, in fact, suggested replacing the entire lid as the latches are difficult to install. So the customer service rep, Andrea, at IRIS made things right and at no cost to me. Thank you.

Size

Cheap product. Very flimsy. The handles arrived snapped off. If I could find the piece that snapped off I'd glue it on and be done with it. But it's not in the package. Does not bode well for the other 3 containers if the lid mechanism is this flimsy. Do not recommend.

Clothing and storage. of clothing I found it very delicate, and if put on top of each other and moved in the car while bringing them to my storage area they were cracking and breaking. I also found one broken. In the shipping box, which was very annoying but use them and even the top to break if you put stuff on top of them, very disappointing and how flimsy they are would not suggest them for anything that has any weight or you feel like stacking.

Great Quality, sturdy boxes you can use at home, in the garden shed or anywhere you have room. They are really heavy and sturdy. They look great and are clear. Just make sure you inspect the corners for cracks or chips since things get tossed around at delivery but contact Amazon's excellent customer service as I did and be assured of satisfactory and rapid results.

These are completely Garbage! Do not buy! I bought 12 of these cause I had to pack up my mothers apartment in a emergency situation. So I did not have time to run to a store and shop and no vehicle at the time since I was in a differ Country. There was one bin that was already shattered in the bottom corner that was completely blown out. Another’s had the Handel area shattered in pieces. Should have clues right away but needed them now and no time to send back without a vehicle. As I loaded them up and started to move them around the kept breaking in the Handel area. I bumped into another in the corner and again just shattered. These are so brittle and completely junk. They were also very expensive compare to other stores near me. Please stop now if your considering buying these. If you experience will be anything nears mine , you will be highly disappointed. Will take photos later to submit.
