Worst company I have come across. The product worked amazing at first, it has been heating our whole home, (single wide) I was very impressed and pleased, until the other day. The pilot went out, so my husband attempted to re-light it. We've had no issues prior to this with lighting it but now it won't. I have contacted the seller, though here, who was not helpful, only resolution was to send it to them and they'll return it fixed in about 3 weeks. So I decided to look the company up and call them, they first blamed me, said my gas is probably not strong enough 🙄 then they told me oh this is not intended to heat a whole home. Their resolution, send it to them, they'll send it back fixed in about 2 weeks. I asked to speak to a manager who said she'd call me. 3 days later, no call. I called again, talked to someone who said it's probably an internal issue. Send it back, we'll get it out to you fixed in about a week.....hmm...so I said no I just want a refund. They said nope after 30 days there is no refund, oh and by the way, it says on our products not intended as main source of heat, incase of issues like these. NO IT DOES NOT! They're a joke, they would not walk me through any trouble shooting steps and refused to send a replacement or refund. Will never purchase from this company again! Wish I would have seen these reviews sooner!

Super efficient dual fuel gas radiant heater. Using with natural gas to heat dining/ living room area to offset my constantly running heat pump! Does a great job at providing consistent heat and has saved me considerable $$$ over electricity for the same comfort level. Helped me make the decision to convert my wood burning fireplace to NG radiant heat.

Won’t even light. Figured out the thermocouple sat to low from the manufacturer and that’s why it wasn’t staying on. Took front face off and moved thermocouple up one inch and it’s working as it should. For the price I shouldn’t have to mess with it

I previously had the Mr Heater blue fame indoor propane heater with thermostat. It worked very well to heat, but i did not like how the indoor air would have an oily feel to it and you could smell the leftover propane fumes in the air (not from a leak but just the smell from the open flame). So i decided to try this infrared propane heater. This one is $70 cheaper than the Mr Heater infrared version and it comes with all the things the other charges extra for (built in fan, thermostat, etc). There were no reviews yet, so i took a risk. I have to say everything works exactly as expected and the instructions are pretty specific and clear. It does put off a ton of heat and i have to move my couch 6ft back from it so that i am not too hot. The infrared heating does not entirely eliminate the fuel smell in the air, but it is slightly improved over the open blue fame. Neither is great, but of the two i would prefer this type. I have a 2.5 car garage that is converted to a sealed and finished tiny/small 1 bedroom home, and this supplements my mini split heat pump. It works just fine. I'm certain that other reviewer mentioning all the propane leaks and claiming its dangerous etc etc is just the competitor trying to discredit this one. I noticed the competitors version of this heater they raised the price $70 just as it started to get cold and the b.s. review showed up at the same time. Its just scare tactic. This heater works fine. I just didnt like they put the regular shelf box in the mail and the Styrofoam inside was destroyed when it got to me and so the front grill is dented. Need better packing, but otherwise its ok. I'll live with it.

This vendor refuses to give a refund after I received their product and upon reading their literature, I find, if you are hooking up to a propane tank, it has to be at least 100 pounds in volume of propane. If I knew this upfront, I would never had ordered the unit. Amazon customer service has come through again, no thanks to this and similar type of vendors.

Assisted a woman in our church who had no heat in her mobile home.

I ordered this heater several weeks before it was to be installed.....the install date was pass the return date for this unit.....the gas company installed my gas on 12/18/23....the heater worked but not as it should. The middle burner never turned red, (gas company will not work on a unit bought from a third party.....I called a licensed Gas Technician to check the heater....1/5/2024....this AM he came out and checked the heater, the heater has been used prior to my purchase, the middle burner was full of soot, his professional opinion is that the heater was connected to natural gas (orifice is different from propane) and after the unit became clogged, it was then returned to the seller. He said that there should not be any soot, from being connected to propane gas., because the orifice is for propane gas......I am not a happy customer at this time.
