Howard Miller Virgo Wall Clock – Round Analog, Silent Quartz Movement, Bronze Metal Frame, Cream Dial, Battery Operated

I ordered this clock for my Living Room wall and Howard Miller is the best. I opened the box and it was beautiful and made very well. But after a day, we noticed that it was difficult to see from a distance. Couldn't always tell the difference from the hours to the minutes. I guess I should have ordered a larger clock. So Amazon was nice enough to allow me to return it, and I placed a larger clock in my cart. So as soon as they receive this clock and issue me a credit, I will proceed with a new order. But for the day I had it on the wall, it was accurate and is a very nice time piece. Just wish it were larger.

Not only is this unit stylish, but it keeps very accurate time as well. This is one of several that I have about the house as I just like the friendly clock face and it makes me feel totally at home!

Simple, elegant clock for our kitchen. We had previously purchased a mantel clock and it has stood the test of time (10 years) so I decided to order this when our wall clock gave out. Heavy and sturdy, with numbers you can see into the den, this clock has it all. Functioning second hand as well. The design is simple with burnished edges and a hint of black on the edges. Goes very well with our yellow decor and black utilities. The size is perfect-- I was looking for a clock under 9" because it hangs above our cabinets. Would also make a nice gift.

The first clock I received had a flaw in the paint job and the metal showed through. I was so disappointed because other than that I really liked the clock. I returned the first one and the following day received a replacement that was perfect. It nicely fit the space above our kitchen door and its rich oil-rubbed bronze color goes perfectly with our kitchen decor. I'm very happy with this purchase.

It’s an elegant clock with the look of a buffed brass finish. It’s a good size, about ten inches, for a living room, den, or other main room. The quartz timing is accurate but not silent, clicking softly. The sound is not bothersome in the living room, although I would not want the sound in my bedroom because I prefer complete silence there. Four stars because I thought it was metal finish but the body is plastic, though it looks classy.

We had a cheap plastic clock in our bathroom and when we updated and changed to oil rubbed bronze fixtures, it had to go. I had seen a few oil rubbed bronze wall clocks but they were awfully expensive. Was glad to find this Howard Miller clock at such a good price. It looks fantastic in our newly remodeled bathroom. It's a bit noisy and the bath is open to the master bedroom so I could hear it at night. We got some stick on rubber pads at Home Depot and stuck 3 on the back of the clock--ticking problem solved.

Pricey but very nice. Easy to install in our 5th wheel. Looks like it should stay in place. Have only done a 1,000 mile trip. Was hard to find one this large and still look nice. Most were only 6 1/2 inch diameter, this one is 8 1/2.

Bought this clock for the bathroom I had just redone. The clock did look nice for a while, then the "bronze" ?? finish started to wipe off when I used Simple Green cleaner on it. I really don't think a non abrasive cleaning product such as this should have this effect on the finish! Bronze finish is now flaking off. Very disappointed!! In the garbage now
